General Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to your relationship with Jamo Solutions:

Quotations

1. The information in all quotations and any attachments may contain proprietary and confidential information that is intended for the addressee(s) only. If you are not the intended recipient, you are hereby notified that any disclosure, copying, distribution, retention or use of the contents of this information is prohibited.

2. When addressed to our clients or vendors, any information contained in this quotation or any attachments is subject to the terms and conditions in any governing contract.

Purchasing and payment

1. All purchases can be paid by credit card through our website, old.jamosolutions.com. There will be a 3% additional charge for paying by credit card.

2. Purchases made through our web site are due for immediate payment, and will renew automatically. Renewals are processed based on the date of purchase.

3. Purchases of perpetual licenses and term based licenses for a term of at least three months can be purchased by issuing a Purchase Order (PO) to Jamo Solutions. The purchase will be considered effective when a duly authorized PO is received by Jamo Solutions. Payment terms for purchases by PO is 30 days net.

Refunds

1. All customers can request 14-day trial versions of our software before they make a purchase. They can use this period to inspect our software.

2. Purchases made through a PO are non refundable.

3. Purchases made through our web site, and renewals for purchases through our website, can be refunded within 7 days. Refunds will be granted only if a license key has not yet been issued for the payment. Jamo Solutions will refund the amount paid within 30 days, less any administration expenses incurred.

Yearly maintenance

1. For all purchases of perpetual licences, the yearly maintenance fee is 18% of the perpetual license fee, before any discounts. The quotations made first time with special prices are subjected to automatic maintenance and support renewal based on standard list price. This maintenance fee gives you access to new versions of the product, service packs, and patches and it gives you access to our support department.

2. By purchasing a perpetual license, you also subscribe to our yearly maintenance fee. The maintenance and support will be automatically renewed each year for another period unless cancelled 90 days prior to the end of the term.

Usage rights

1. Jamo Solutions shall grant the customer a non-exclusive, unlimited, non-transferable usage right for internal use for the software provided. The software may not be used to provide services for third parties or customers. However, the software may be used to companies affiliated.

Ownership

1. This software license confers no title or ownership and is not a sale of any right in the Software. All rights not expressly granted to customer are reserved solely to Jamo Solutions.

Audit

1. Jamo Solutions retains right to audit customer records regarding compliance with license terms. Jamo Solutions has rights to install software to monitor / detect use. Customer must pay any underpayments revealed by the audit, and Jamo Solutions reasonable costs for audit and seeking compliance.
